FREE Shipping and Charges
Tisserand Singapore offers free shipping throughout Singapore for online purchases worth $50 nett or above.
Shipping charges for orders below $50 nett are at $5.
We strive to deliver your purchased products in the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders will be delivered by our dedicated courier service, Monday – Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays during the working hours
Delivery Process and lead time
- Delivery will take up to 3-5 business days from date of purchase.
- Orders placed on Friday after 12PM and over the weekend will be processed on Monday and will be delivered out from Tuesday onwards and subject to 3-5 business days delivery.
- Please expect some slight delays to the delivery lead time during sale period.
- Delivery is not available for addresses with P.O. Boxes.
Order tracking and delivery status
- Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners, tracking codes would be available and you can then track the delivery status of your orders via here.
- In exceptional cases, there may be unexpected service delay such as severe weather, natural disasters, transport accident, unscheduled events, and etc.

Multiple address delivery
We are currently only able to deliver to one delivery address per order. If you'd like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

We currently ship within Singapore only.
